Biography
Mr. Wiederkehr is a member of the Commercial
Litigation and Matrimonial
and Family Law practice groups and handles
complex matrimonial actions involving divorce, separation,
child custody, visitation, support, financial discovery, as
well as asset valuation and distribution. Mr. Wiederkehr also represents clients in all aspects of business, commercial
and real estate litigation.
The matters handled by Mr. Wiederkehr are characterized by
the complexity and dynamics involved in family law disputes.
Mr. Wiederkehr focuses on the early evaluation of settlement
potential to avoid unnecessary litigation or related expense,
while never losing sight of the fact that the matter may
ultimately proceed through trial. He ensures that his clients
understand each step of the litigation and have influence
in the litigation process.
Mr. Wiederkehr was previously associated with our firm and has resumed his affiliation after working in the New York City law firm of Cohen Lans, LLP.
