Biography
Ms. Lofaro is a member of the Banking Law, Commercial Finance and Real Estate Acquisition practice groups. She advises and represents regional and national institutional lenders and developers, as well as individual and corporate borrowers, in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Lofaro was an associate with the law firm Bleakley Platt & Schmidt in White Plains, New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked at Bleakley Platt & Schmidt as a paralegal in the Commercial Finance and Real Estate departments.
